Key Information

This part-time position requires a commitment of 4-10 hours per week, we can discuss this based on your availability.

Open Positions:

1. Part-A Mentor for CEED/UCEED

2. Part-B Design & Drawing for NID, CEED & UCEED

Starting Dates: Feb 2024 onwards

Compensation: 500-700 INR per hour

Training for Instructors: Training & Solution for the session will be provided

Key Responsibilities

1. Teach Online or Offline

Online Instruction via Zoom:

• As an instructor, you'll leverage the power of Zoom to conduct interactive, engaging, and informative sessions. These online classes are designed to offer flexibility and accessibility, enabling students from various locations to participate in our comprehensive design exam preparation courses.

Offline Instruction at Our Centers:

• For those who prefer an in-person learning experience, we offer classes at our well-equipped centers located in New Delhi. You can find us at the following locations: Nirman Vihar, Green Park, Dwarka Sec 12, and Noida. These centers provide a conducive learning environment where students can interact directly with instructors, benefit from hands-on guidance, and collaborate with peers.

2. Providing Personal Feedback

• Understanding Student Challenges: Dive deep into the individual hurdles each student faces, from conceptual understanding to practical application. Your role involves not just instructing but also understanding the unique mindset and learning style of each student.

• Motivation and Improvement: Work closely with students to identify areas for improvement and motivate them towards achieving their goals. Your feedback will be personalized, constructive, and aimed at fostering growth. Encourage students to embrace challenges as opportunities for development, guiding them through their journey to enhance their design skills and confidence.

• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Engage in a collaborative process with students to tackle their specific challenges. Whether it's through brainstorming sessions, targeted exercises, or one-on-one discussions, your support will be pivotal in helping students overcome obstacles and excel in their design exam preparation.
